take an Ohm Meter and find out which 2 leads are the coil…. Once you know that just apply 5 volts DC to it….. Then use the ohm meter to determine what the other leads contact are open and closed when power is added and disconnected……
you should have received a pinout diagram with the relay.
most likely that the 2 pins nearest the edge of the potted relay (in the group of 4 pins) are the coil.
The other 3 pins likely to be the contacts – one common, one normally closed (connected to common when no power to coil) and one normally open (connects to common when coil energised)
